Cozy Front Range Studio - Private & Peaceful

This gorgeous walkout studio apartment is located just a couple of minutes from downtown Castle Rock, on the Colorado Front Range. The central location provides easy access to both Denver Metro and Colorado Springs. Hiking, parks, restaurants and nightlife abound. Enjoy this new studio with it's full kitchen, a recently-remodeled bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a totally private entrance and off-street driveway parking.

The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, and includes complementary coffee, hot chocolate, tea, as well as basics such as salt & pepper, cream & sugar, and spices. All linens & towels are provided, plus dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, and paper towels. We also provide complimentary coffee, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board. Outside, you'll find a brand-new, large deck with views of the yard and open space beyond.

Deer sightings are a weekly occurrence, and sometimes you'll even see them *in* the yard! Beautiful views of grass and open space are visible from both the kitchen window and from the bed itself. The backyard and deck are yours to enjoy.

The studio is located on the lower level behind a single-family home, facing the backyard and open space beyond. You'll have your own parking in the driveway (two spaces) and your own entrance in the back, connected to your parking area by a private walkway on the side of the house. You will usually not see anyone else, although you might see me puttering around in the garage now and then. The units are well-insulated so noise between them is minimal. Although there is another home on the upper level facing the front, you don't need to walk past its doors or windows so it feels very private.

The Wi-Fi coverage is excellent, and there is a Smart TV with Roku and a paid subscription to YouTubeTV, which includes national network channels, news, sports, kids, and hundreds more channels! Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+ and other subscription channels are also available.

Besides the Queen bed, there is a queen air-mattress perfect for couples traveling with kids.
The total capacity is 2 adults in the bed + 2 children on the air mattress.

PLEASE NOTE: To access the unit, you walk around the side of the main house. The path is a mix of stone pavers and gravel, with stepping-stones across some grass. It's *not* suitable for wheelchairs, walkers, canes, or crutches.

- No parties, please.
- No parking on the street, only in the driveway, max 2 cars.
- No smoking inside. On the deck is fine.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
